Preparation Services Include:

Floor removal
We offer top of the line floor removal machines and techniques, making a hard job easier and faster. From HTC diamond cutting teeth grinders, scarifying machines, to our custom built, one of a kind Bakernator Rip-Up machine that will rip-up anything from difficult hardwood floors, epoxy glued products, ceramic tiles, as well as most of the adhesives from all different Floor Removals.

Shotblasting
Shotblasting is a cost efficient process in which steel shot is fired at the floor at a high rate of speed. This literally chews adhesives, floor patch, and minimal layer of concrete to give floor preparation mechanics a fresh substrate for finished flooring products.

Self-Leveling
This is a technique in which the sub-floor has cementitious materials poured onto it creating a flat and smooth surface. There are many benefits to Self-Leveling a floor. It will take a rough floor and make it smooth as glass. With the proper amount of product it will literally level a floor.  Self leveling is also used as a base for Micro-toppings that are the foundation for decorative flooring surfaces.
